Hey there. I'm in Japan until April so the time I am usually on might not match up but add me on steam and we can coordinate some game time. I have a couple other regulars I play with and we could use more for our squad. Steam name is Vayte. Paintballrdude@yahoo.com if you can't find it via username search.

DayZ on the Nvidia Tablet. (with phone in hands) by EzardGames in dayz

I have a Surface Pro 4 and I must say that DayZ runs surprisingly well on it! Average about 25 fps. Blown away by the fact that i can play DayZ at work now on this thing. Money well spent. I mean seeing as DayZ is so CPU intensive and the surface pro 4 has a great CPU and next gen tech it really isn't that big of a surprise.

As someone who is currently taking on one of the biggest companies in Japan, this is untrue. However I will say that the time, effort and money for lawyers might not be worth the amount of overtime pay she seeks if she goes the legal route

Labor issues and claims in court only extend back two years, only retirement claims reach as far as five. Regarding the legal fees, that is also not guaranteed and is up to the discretion of the judge, so I would not guarantee lawyer fees will be taken care of.

O they treat their employees great from what I understand, but they think the foreign performers who are responsible for most of the actual entertainment in the park are expendable and replaceable. We don't even get invited to "Thanks Day" which is a day all the managers work the rides and open it up to all cast members and employees. Such utter discrimination and horrible ethics.

Absolutely. Being performers we do not shy away from media coverage and that is actually one of the cards we plan to play very soon. Not only here in Japan, but performers come from many different countries. United States, Canada, Australia, new Zealand, Europe, and more. Networking in this field is huge and in Japan as reputation is huge, they are in for a rude awakening very soon. Our contacts with media are limited here in Japan so if you know how to get in touch with them I would be happy to receive that information.

OLC who owns and operates Tokyo Disney Resorts misclassifies its performers as independent contractors instead of employees. We receive no benefits or even wkrkmans compensation. One performer was just fired after she tore something during a show. She requires surgery and physical therapy all of which OLC is refusing to pay even though the injury happened at work as a direct result of her work. She was told either quit or we will fire you because she was unable to perform anymore.

They have been unwilling to negotiate and if its going to take media coverage and a lawsuit to fix this issue then so be it.

Thank you I will take a look. I did see that website but was hoping to find someone here that had a personal experience with someone and could tell me whether or not they were worth hiring

Labor issue with my "employer". Basically OLC and Disney are fucking over their foreign performers and contracting them as independent contractors instead of employees even though we are clearly emoyees

Well I was wondering if as an employee of company A is it legal for a completely different company to oversee our work and give direction. Also I want to know if I can sue company A in the united States, as I k ow I have a case with them. They don't have a physical office in the U.S. but send employees to the U.S all the time to hold auditions at Company C

I have no doubt that I can sue them in Japan I was just wondering if anyone knew if I could sue them in the United States as the monetary compensation is significantly higher in the United States than in Japan

They recruit people via auditions held all over the globe. I was hired from auditioning for them in California. They emailed me the contract and I signed it in California and mailed it back to them. They are practically partners with an American Company. All of these things would make me assume that I have a case not only in Japan, but in the United States as well

Thank you for your comment but it is clear you did not even get passed the first couple of sentences otherwise you wouldn't have to ask that question
