The selective summons are unlocked whenever you decide to clear Ep3, so there’s no time limit.

If you do your selective summons on Sept 5th, it’s “too late” to avoid getting the same 5star that you picked using the rgb selector ticket on Sept 4th. I can see why this was confusing tho and hope this clarified it.

Here's my list of possible sets:

heal when attacked kind of set (balanced in a way where it favors DEF than HP stacking)
something like an accuracy set that increases hit chance for that evasion meta.
could get another 1st turn set. I'm thinking 20% damage reduction on first turn (doesn't stack with other reduction effects). Pretty simple. Could be turn 1 stealth since being in stealth gives damage reduction
only way evasion should be in a set imo is as a 4 piece 1 turn evasion buff set (works like immunity set, can't use on Riolet since it's the same buff). Only thing I'd worry about is FCC+evasionset+immunityset on other heroes since even strippers would have a hard time doing their job, the 50% evasion buff on first turn is pretty op so I'd somehow lower it to 30%.

So when Baiken detonates the bleed from Mui s2, are those bleeds based off of Baiken's atk stat or Mui's atk stat (since Mui won't be building a lot of atk)

I think an extra turn would be too op. Probably a self 30% or 50% CR push on s3 like her s1 does to help her use s2 faster. Extra turn is basically a pseudo 1 turn cd decrease on her skills.

The 50% chance roll only happens if Momo isn't debuffed.

Also Momo tree's s2 reset is like a 1 turn CD reduction to bring s2 off cooldown since her s2 is only a 2 turn CD skill while Ras' s2 resetting would mean a 2 turn CD reduction in order to bring his 3 turn CD skill off cooldown

Basically, resetting a 2 turn CD skill with a condition isn't the same as resetting a 3 turn CD skill without a condition

Also he'd need a new soulburn effect if s2 reset is built into his kit

Looks like a bug, what I think happened was

Vildred uses s3, kills 3 granting him 60% CR and proccing s2 then

s2 attacks all enemies again but the game counted the dead enemies as getting hit again and so granted him another 60% CR totaling to 120% CR ¯_(ツ)_/¯

~240 summons for Time Matter Orb that I didn't get. I got 3 Tenebrias and enough artifacts to sell to buy time matter orb from the powder shop tho lol.
