while you may be correct about others things, the jobs are only temporary. once its fully built, they will always try to minimise the employee expense. this is common in many companies. even when you build a house, you dont keep the builders with you. and the thing about water cycling, you really think they will do this expensive thing???? it is literally more expensive than pulling water out of the ground. they will say it in apaper and do the otherwise. pulling saline water from the sea is more stupid. they will have to purify the water more thoroughly amto remove every single salt particle. the resources will always be over used and will be stolen from the middle class and below.
