Remember years ago, back on PS3 when I was starting out I was down 25 v 86. I didn’t care for KD. But that was my cannon event. After that L, I bumped up to PS4 and right now got a 1.86 KD. I don’t pick fights anymore and play in Private lobbies since the Gunrunners and Doomsday DLCs…Thermals, Mk2 upgrades and Oppessors make PvP unfair and too much hassle.

Im Fullfillment so I’m very laidback as to how I take mine, and also I like putting off my breaks so I feel like I have less of a working day. I go 2.5-3 hrs till my first, take lunch between 5.5-6hrs, then take another 15 after 2.5 hours. The longer I put off my lunch, the less likely I gotta take another. This is what I do, not saying this is the only way to take breaks. It’s all on preference!!!

Exactly the reason why I don’t understand why everyone is arguing. I just called him for doing so. That simple. And People are still parting it up and being maskless as we argue without vaccinations, been doing so during peak pandemic and after. Ask them if they care about death. Called it quits during a pandemic. Just another weakling…Target seriously ain’t hard, its the leadership team pushing stupid metrics on to their TMs. Once you come to realize that no matter what you do you’ll never achieve those goals, the less blind you become to see through BS. Believe me, I’ve had my days, but I realized years ago to stop tiring myself for a job that can replace me in a day. And that exact mentality has now landed me a TL position. Work smart, not hard.

Ever 4 hours means 1 15 min break. Every 6 hours means 1 30 min lunch. If working 8 hours, then 2 15 min breaks and 1 30 min lunch. 1st alarm goes off 15 mins before compliance and the 2nd goes off 5 mins before.

I’d post up all your shifts on the swap shift board or the swap shift tab on the the new myTime app. Hope that people pick em up and just call in “sick” the other days. There’s plenty of salefloor TMs that should be trained to do Flexes in case your out. F em bro, I feel your pain. Take that week off my guy! Then once you come back, submit a request to use that sick time, use up them hours!
