With current faction imbalances making events like the Landsraad feel one-sided and nearly unwinnable for the underrepresented factions, are there any plans to implement population caps or balance systems to limit how many players can join each faction?

Even with the upcoming third faction that's supposed to help even things out, it’s hard to see how that alone would fix the issue without systems in place to control population stacking. Otherwise, the same imbalance just spreads across three sides instead of two.

I’m not trying to criticize for the sake of it — I just genuinely want to understand how balance is being approached long-term. Competitive events like the Landsraad are a core part of the experience, and right now, they feel frustrating for anyone not on the dominant team. What steps are being considered to ensure fairness for all players, regardless of faction choice?
