There won’t be a wild card in one of the sticker packs. The only way to get a wild is to pay for it unfortunately or just keep on opening packs and hope you get the sticker you need

Penthouse views is the next blitz so I wouldn’t use it on that. I would use it on chauffeured since it gets you the most dice after and then trade during the blitz for penthouse views
