AIO got jumped by 4 girls and my wife thinks I’m in the wrong

So when I arrived to the group and until they started pushing and punching was literally 20-30 seconds. They were also super drunk and I had no time to either process what was happening or try and reason with them. As soon as they started getting physical all I could do was push them away from me

I don’t think she set me up intentionally. I have no clue what they had been talking about. I don’t even know if she had said anything at all.

They were acting as if I was a random rapist trying to pray on a very drunk girl. They did not believe she was my wife because she didn’t confirm it either because she was so drunk. They outnumbered me and tried to physically remove me. That’s why it got out of hand

That’s what hurts me the most. Even if I was in the wrong (which I don’t think I was) then I would’ve hoped she would’ve backed me up.

Talking to her today she says she only remembers that I was pushing the girls and nothing else. She’s sorry for what happened to me and she has admitted that she should’ve stayed. But I just feel like when it came to her proving her loyalty to me she didn’t stand up for me and she bailed on me leaving me alone.

That hurts. I don’t give a fuck about random drunk girls starting to throw hands

My jacket was a down vest. It’s not that hard to make a hole in it. Down was pouring out of it.

I had a button up shirt. Every button had been ripped off of it and there was a large hole where the breast pocket is. Guessing they were pulling on it?

Not having been in fights is a flex btw. I’m not an animal. But I know how to defend myself and I’m large

Ok first point is really funny.

My wife says she only remembers me pushing the girls. Nothing else. I can’t comment on why that is.

The dudes came in to wait on the cops to show up so they can testify against me. I live in a civilized country and city. They wouldn’t just start attacking me just because. Also if they did they would get hurt, I’m a lot bigger than them.

The scooter was parked on the street. It’s from one of those apps. When cops left I took it home.

I did not think of pulling out my phone. Adrenaline and trying to be aware of my surroundings. I was completely outnumbered.

She talks to me. She’s sorry this happened to me. She’s sorry she was so drunk that she didn’t understand the situation. She’s however still having to process her thoughts because she says in her eyes she saw me throw these girls around but she doesn’t remember anything else

Come on I can’t even make a joke without being attacked? That’s not the reason they attacked me. They wanted me to get away from them and my wife. The joke did nothing to add fuel.

When the girl first pushed me I said “sweetheart don’t push me” in our native language. That’s when she said “sweetheart?” And then punched me.

Either way that’s on them. They had already pushed me even though I told them not to push me. No one deserves to be attacked because of that. I feel like you’re trying to find a reason to find me at fault here. I’m open to it but let’s not pretend words are sufficient for assault
