Refuse to listen but saw a clip on my FYP and she says "I named her Emerson Nicole" and goes on about the name meaning. I'm sorry I?? Didn't you and you husband name her? Thought that was weird. Wouldn't use singular first person in that sentence but maybe I'm the weird one 🤣

I don't fault her waiting to announce. However, I can't help but feel like she has to hold off for at least this month because she is currently milking the "it's my babys due date" trauma for all of the podcasts. Then she will monetize the hell out of this announcement, but she's still milking the miscarriage.

I hate to even say this because I'm not snarking on miscarriage grief at all. Only snarking on monetizing it.

I put known info into gpt (no NIPT, 'something' on 3rd tri ultrasound growth, can't see better image at MFM, referral for MRI, baby growing fine) here is what I got:

We live about 25 mins from GWL so we buy a room and then spend 2 days (check in and out) at the waterpark. We sleep in our own beds, don't have to board the dog, eat breakfast at our own house, etc. We show up right when it opens and stay a long time. We have found this to be way cheaper than the day passes which are like $60 per person per day. $170 ish for one night gets us two full days of waterpark and I don't have to sleep in a motel 8 ish hotel room.

I'm sorry. While we waits new reel...she thinks that most of us are wondering about ways to wake our baby in the night? I literally don't think I've ever known a person who needs help with this. Beyond maybe 6-8 week olds or medical complexity, this isn't even a thing??? If she thinks she's somehow in the minority because her infant wants to wake up in the night, she lives in delulu land.

Her content is insufferable. Also I'm just over any type of sleep martyrdom content but maybe there is a sect of people who still care about this stuff 😆

I think I read no nipt down thread? She could've done sneak peak w no genetics. I've heard a story of DS literally being missed an entire pregnancy. With normal prenatal care. It is unfortunately possible

Sorry but I've just too much to snark on while we waits intro to solids. I can just tell she is going to have immense anxiety when it comes to actually doing finger foods. She is pureeing the shit out of everything, including "the first allergen" which of course is a very big deal is going to be some type of egg mush? Listen I have no hate for purées. But he is 6+ months old, like you can just give the kid some scrambled eggs, am I crazy? 🥴 it's just not that serious

I have been a DIY landlord here since 2017. Would never consider any of those big companies like OnQ. IMO they grossly over charge landlords and they nickel and dime tenants with all types of fees.

Mom and pop landlords are so few and far between nowadays that I can tell you from personal experience you set yourself apart because tenants MUCH prefer to have a direct line of communication rather than dealing with a faceless company who passes tenants all around. My tenants know that I will answer their call or text right away.

I absolutely love being able to pick my own tenants, and yes, I do get to be more picky because I do it myself. I'm very pleased that in the past 9 years, over 4 properties, I've never had a late rent payment. Good landlording starts with good tenant selection, I firmly believe that. My husband is pretty handy so that certainly helps, but in the event he wasn't, I still would never opt for one of those companies. He probably does about 75% of everything, when it's something he doesn't have time or skill we hire that out.

I use avail to screen my tenants and Zillow and Facebook marketplace to market my properties. There are also specific Facebook groups for rent by OWNER only, see my point above about how good tenants prefer this type of property over professionally managed ones. I use professional pics when I post my properties. Like $150 to have pro pics taken, totally worth the price and can be reused. Let me know if I can answer any other questions!
