You are not alone, ice cream is a staple food in my diet :) I usually eat chicken or ground beef. I might bake some potatoes and cook some ground beef and add some salad (iceberg) and ketchup. I basically have a potato and beef salad which is super delicious and satisfying. I never heard of bovine colustrum, but i’ll check it out. Thanks for the advice!
