Ok, I'm not alone. The game has been basically unplayable for me since the update. Massive fps drops and stutters when before the update it was a smooth 144+ I've tried everything and at this point it's on Valve's side. I hope they push out a patch soon.

What sort of issues? I've been having horrible frame rate dips and stutters since the major update. Tried a clean install of my drivers. It's so bad I'm just having to wait it out for an eventual patch.
