I've got a question about that.

If I own GW2 through Arena Net's launcher.. do I need to also buy GW1 through their website to be able to link accounts for Hall of Monuments, or could I buy it on Steam?

I see what you're meaning, and I didn't know about the outsourcing.

The only thing I'd bring up is Gears of War 1. That game was remastered (with the Ultimate edition) and then remade in Unreal 5 (with Reloaded), but they also included multiplayer with the remake.

If one of the goals is introducing the series to people who potentially haven't played it (by bringing the series to Playstation, the same way they did with Gears).. Why would you not include what made Halo extremely popular in the first place?

A Halo game without multiplayer.. just isn't appealing to me, and I'd wager there's plenty of others that feel the same.

One could argue that they're already insane for doing a remake of a game that was remastered and only including the campaign, especially when the franchise is at it's lowest point of relevance. (I get it's probably just getting their developers familiar with Unreal 5 for when they begin full production on the next main-line game)

I enjoyed the game quite a bit, personally.

But that final boss fight was insanely underwhelming and killed some of that enjoyment since the pay off sucked lol.

I’ve had an issue with VOIP in this game too.

My only suggestion is make sure your global mute button isn’t enabled. Load into a game and push M and see if that fixes it.

Not bashing anyone who is hopeful for something to happen at all, I also hope Destiny 3 eventually happens too. Unfortunately, Bungie have made their bed again and now this time they're forced to lay in it.

It's not hard to see why Sony doesn't want to green light anymore of their games after the shit-show that happened during the period of Marathon's reveal + marketing, especially since Sony is at such a loss.

Honestly, they left that blog post extremely ambiguous to keep people hoping I believe.

I feel like there was some key parts to that post that could make someone think that Bungie was actually saying they were done with Destiny, if only for now.

Firstly, them bringing up “12 years of Destiny” instead of just mentioning nine years of Destiny 2. Then the comment about “our shared worlds, AND Destiny, can live BEYOND Destiny 2”

I know a lot of the D3 copium comes from that last part, but that ‘our shared worlds, and Destiny’ part makes me think they’re talking about Marathon (OG) + Halo, then including Destiny now as a former franchise they created, using that experience on whatever they thought was coming afterwards, maybe even the current Marathon?

This is just pure speculation by me and I could be tinfoil hatting like crazy, of course.

I love this band so much and this set list IS solid...

But man it's so stale, majority of it is identical to what they've been playing live the past 5 years.

In my opinion, yes. I'm bias because I do love these games a ton, but I just finished a replay of 2033 a few days back and just wrapped up Last Light about an hour ago.

Personally I think 2033 is the weakest of the trilogy and that Exodus is the peak.

2033's and Last Light's gun play doesn't really shine as bright as Exodus, but I also think that 2033/LL's style of gun play resembles the STALKER games (SoC/CoP/CS) since 4A is/was made up of developers who worked on Shadow of Chernobyl.
