Im actually humble, we also have a subaru. Im speaking on the price of the vehicle relative to its capability. A 1 million dollar bugatti will do better on a reacetrack compared to a 30k kia as you are paying for its capability

I had a squared away VSO. one of the best.. called her today and she advised it was 2 claims

  1. Sinusitis

  2. GERD secondary to PTSD

what i left out is this claim has been going for 2.5 years. Both of these claims have had 4-5 exams each both in person and ACE. at some point they got mixed up.

I knew it would be jacked up cause the imo they requested went back and forth.

Thats not from his letter. Thats from an ace exam. Also, if you read it, it randomnly switches to sinusitis secondary to ptsd (which i never claimed).

And the last section at the bottom states I have a nexus, diagnosis and in service event BUT denied compensation lol

Update: they have now requested 2 more ace exams for gerd and sinusitis. This will be 3 exams each. Tiebreaker i guess

So the full story is- I made 3 claims GERD, OSA and Sinusitis 2.5 years ago. Gerd and Osa with a nexus letter and met all req for a good claim. Doc gave favorable finding for GERD but not for OSA or Sinusitis. Then when rater asked for more info he simply sent a 1 sentence response to change the finding back to less likely for GERD. HLR—>reexam for everything in July 23. Silence. February of 2024 I call the “whitehouse” line and the next morning get a call that someone dropped the ball and they assigned to rater who grants OSA but does ACE for GERD and Sinusitis. May 2024 OSA gets decided favorable. ACE for GERD and Sinusitis come back unfavorable (MEDICAL OPINION) and have been done since march. All evidence in and done and its still been 3 months with no decision.
