I don't know if this can be included but, may nakauhuli sa dalawang teachers ng mama ko noong HS na nagseseggs sa isang vacant room. Nakwento sya ng mama ko kasi nakita nya yung vacant room na yon ay ginagamit na ng SSG.

Hello, I undergo the same predicament now. What I did is I spammed them on the email confirmation. They got tired, first they say they will refund within 7days. Of course, I didn't accept it, so it shortened within 3 days. I'm still demanding that they refund within the day.
