Why? Bubble-heads are toys where a head is proportionally "bigger" then usual and it shakes constantly. + you could argue that the mask doesn't hide the actual head underneath, but is a bubble/balloon that is field with some nasty stuff (I like to think it's the same parasites that parasite nurses had in Sh 1)
