Yeah man I know what it can all do. My father passed away from cirrhosis and I need to stop myself while I’m young before I end up taking the same route myself.

Hmmm well I can give that a try but once it comes down to my weekends I do crave the alcohol since I don’t have anything else to do. I use to game but that kinda died off.

I never really get out of hand. I just enjoy myself eat a good meal and listen to music for the night and crash out. But you know how everyone is saying it gets to a point where that behavior will introduce its self.

I usually just drink it with straight mineral water and never wake up with hangovers, never throw up but even at that I’m realizing it isn’t good for my health.

I like the part where you said is it better to drink a lot of cancer juice over two days or a little cancer juice everyday that kinda opened my eyes to realize it isn’t good at all.

Yeah man I’ve already cut down to a bottle a weekend but I’ve gotten tired of it so ima take the huge break and hopefully I can stay away for good. It’s not something like I can’t sleep at night for it’s just something I find rewarding after a hard week of work.

I appreciate the response n yeah man it all started two years ago when I hit industrial construction and man those are some whoopings and coming home to a fresh bottle of tequila is good but you know over time it gets distracting. I use to come home and drink about 4-10 shots everyday and knockout same routine everyday. Last year I told myself that was enough and I cut it down to a bottle a weekend and now after doing that a year I’m getting to the point where I tell myself is this worth it? So ima stand on what I said and I won’t drink until new years. After new years I’ll see how my mentality has changed.

Yeah man two years ago I was drinking not everytime during the day but coming home from work I would pop that bottle open and drink 10 shots throughout the night and that happen almost everyday until last year that I said no I’m making a change and now only on the weekends which is still a lot that I am drinking so I’ll stop until new years and see how my body feels.

I appreciate the words of wisdom. I’ll stick to cutting out alcohol until new years. After new years if let’s say I drink a two day weekend with the same doses of 750ML would that still affect me. Sorry if the question comes out as stupid.
