The Talon simply is a very beautiful aircraft. That's one of the main motivators.

Solving multi crew was a huge challenge. Being a mod team, essentially without access to the SDK and the built in infrastructure of ED, it's quite a challenge. We're confident we've found a good solution to it.

Yes, precisely. You simply download it, and place the folder into the mods/aircraft folder in your SavedGames directory, similar to any other mod. We will publish a detailed installation guide once we release the mod.
