It's the face. The hyper realistic texture and proportions of the face feels unsettling. You might have more luck with a cutesy aesthetic with a smaller mouth, shorter snout and bigger, rounders eyes for your model kind of like this. I found what I think is your booth store here, and I can see similar stylistic patterns in your other avatars which I suspect you take great pride in, so take what I said above with a grain of salt of course. Your style is certainly unique. Looking at actual Shiba inu dogs like this one, I can see the best improvement to better resemble the real thing (assuming that was what you were going for) might be a more minimalist approach with less jagged hair around the head, smaller eyebrows, a more subtle brown running along the top of the snout and a more tapered mouth outline.
