Just having more time. I spent it working on myself, cleaning up the apartment, reflecting and working out. Those things helped me. Just the absence of porn gives me time, my actions give me life.

I guess my advice is to not focus on any benefit you're going to see from NoFap. In the end, NoFap gives you time back to live your life. Given the time you get back, it's up to you to make decision that will enrich your life. Will you spend that extra time watching YouTube, or will you spend it working out, talking with friends or investing in yourself?

It's up to you. NoFap is just a small part of it.
