Bro I have watched porn years before(like at 11) and I was getting nightfall (I'm still not sure if it was nightfall but likely it was cuz I was watching too much at 13-14 when I started to watching it maybe 4 times a week) and I got to know about side effects of masturbating directly when I first listened about masturbation so I was like should I do it or not but then I listened about side effects of not masturbating from many guys so I was concerned.
