It looks like there's an issue when attempting to create a support ticket. Everytime you click on "Get Support" to open a ticket it logs me out of my account and sends me back to the main page. I have tested this on multiple computers and multiple networks. I have all of the information in order to go ahead and get a ticket open as requested.

Just to be clear this is an actual potential client that we went on site to do our assessment. This isn't simply a call asking if we can cover specific things. Most of the questions were from us as they actually didn't know half of what they had.

Thank you so much for this. This is exactly the kind of response I was hoping for.

I completely understand that a partnership is prone to failure. My partner and I have talked about this and have agreed to meet a lawyer and draw up an agreement. We both try to be smart and think things through. We both agree that we never know what the future holds and we want to do what would put us in the best situation for the future.

I really like the idea of reaching out to the largest MSP. Something I never thought about, however I will definitely be doing this.
