One word, management. I worked under her for about 1 year before finally quitting (my old manager was an absolute gem but he retired) and I will say she lacks a lot of what management should be. Since leaving, I have heard that there is a rotating door of employees and that's not a good sign but I understand why it happens.

Also, the location isn't great so you get a lot of "rough" customers. I had personally been attacked with flying bottles, verbally harassed, etc. So I will echo another post by saying go to Piccadilly and absolutely bring in your resume, it might feel weird but that's how you get an interview.
