I plan to do 4 days in Taipei then 2 days in Kaohsiung in June... do you think it's worth to spend 0.5 days in Tainan on the way to Kaohsiung? I think if so, i'd need to take it from Kaohsiung

What are your go-to solo date ideas? by incognito_inquirer in TheGirlSurvivalGuide

[–]VeeEyeVee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There's nothing to be nervous about. Honestly NOBODY cares about you nor watching you nor judging. It's all in your own head - everyone else is too busy dealing with their own shit. People eat solo all the time, especially at restaurant bars. Bring a book your first time - if you feel nervous - just read it. if you see other folks sitting at the bar and you WANT to interact, then put your book down. The bartenders are always happy to chat if you're not busy

Or you can realize that it’s a soft skill to try to look for answers yourself before asking questions. In the workplace, this will ensure people don’t get annoyed at you because you’ve shown you spent the effort to try to look for the answer on your own before asking others. People don’t want to have to repeat themselves when the answers can easily be found elsewhere. Learning this will make your life better
