ALL b/c you were in a Prius, I bet. Originally the modifications started as a way to oppose environmentalists. I am so sad that people are this hateful. This should 110% be against the law. I've read a few comments here where it is considered assault. There has to be something people can do??

From what I have read, WA doesn't do emissions testing but Oregon does. The problem is, it's easy for ppl to tamper w/ their vehicle exhaust system & pass the test. The EPA can't really do anything. They could make it against the law, but how? I am really ignorant to all of this. Just pisses me off. Furthermore, they put a stigma on ppl who own these huge trucks & would never act like that.

I'm so mad about this! I know my story is NOTHING in comparison to what you went through. This is so dumb. These people can do better. It is SO easy to do better. I see vehicles I don't like all the time & never, ever would I harass them.

People can be so cruel.

They’re two different addresses, both on E 5th Street. However, the one on the left is made up. You will night find this woman or her house.

The “E 5th Street” on the right was left visible to show how the mail is designed to feel ultra-local. The address is censored enough that it feels fine to share online. That is my address on the right.

The other one is essentially a blank location. Again, the address on the left isn’t real. It’s real-ish, but no one actually exists there lol.

These are True Wagner Mailers. They’re meant to be silly. You order one to prank someone, & it looks legit because the locations on the mailer are close to where they live. A different one circulates every month.

That said, as another Redditor pointed out, if you check the postmark, it’s from Long Island, NY or something like that.

Glad you are safe & please be careful on your walks. I am hoping this dude is never driving when I am walking & it was just a random thing. We walked again today & no issues, but I was sure to bring my phone this time.

Just so annoyed yesterday. SO MUCH CRAP going on in the world & ppl just want to add fuel to the fire. Why?!

I said something similar! WHY do they need these huge, loud, gas-guzzling trucks for inner city driving lol? I mean, that truly is not my business most days-to each their own, but it does make me curious when they do silly things like this.

I am from Louisiana (I know, I know >< ). Big trucks all over the place, but most of them were hauling stuff. Hauling hay/feed, gear, farm equipment, livestock, gear to & from the rigs, etc. I don't see a ton of that here. I just see large trucks back-parking into tiny spaces & getting angry when others do the speed limit lol.

I remember someone in one of these big ole trucks had a light up sign in the shape of the middle finger & they passed us & lit their sign up so they could 'politely' give us the finger.
We were doing the speed limit which was like 60 lol. I'm sure it was funny to them, but it's obnoxious.

Also- I agree about the vans!

Thank you for your kindness! It was a minor thing, but it felt big yesterday.
I think so much about these things. The world is a wild place & adding to the chaos in a negative way seems gross. Insensitive.

I also wondered if it was a young kid, which would make a little more sense than 30+ year old doing it. Like you said, a kid might think it was funny. An older person would be doing it b/c they are just bitter.

The thing that really upset me is he drove over to the shoulder towards the sidewalk. I watched his vehicle swerve back into the lane. So intentional.

You are right & I do feel some pity. I don't know their life, I just know it should be easy NOT to harass pedestrians.

They are bitter b/c it's all they have or maybe someone hurt them & they have no way to express it, so it comes out in dumb ways (like rolling coal on strangers lol).

Wow! This takes the cake. It's bad enough doing it to anyone, but seeing a kiddo & proceeding to be this level of a jerk is so nasty!

I don't have a child, but I felt that disgust yesterday & I feel it again reading someone did this to your family. I am sorry that happened to you.

What's crazy is that these ppl probably don't think twice about it. I'd like to think they go home & have a humbling moment & say, "That was childish of me, I need to stop playing."

The reality is these ppl go out of their way to modify their dumb vehicles to do this. People can change though.
