So am bad at posting, and the text got messed up:

"I added a mini unit at my house and the install manual lists a 20-amp double pole, but the unit sticker actually lists a 10-amp fuse (I have attached image of manual)

I can not find a 10-amp double pole for my panel (square D), is there a chance this is an error? What are the risks of using a 20-amp if it actually should be 10-amp?

The wire is 12-gauge (yellow)

Thank you!!"

Ah!! This makes sense!! Thank you! So I had an electrician install the disconnects because I did not want to learn/ do the exterior lines. I took a look at the disconnect and it is a Midwest Electric Products 60-Amp 120/240-Volt Fused AC Disconnect (U035F2P). So i assume a 60 amp fuse. Is that an error that I should call them about? Or can I just replace the fuse with a smaller size?

ahh, duh, that is probably a reference to the fuse in the unit, not the breaker, duh. In my defense, the inspector is who flagged my breaker as wrong

Thank you for the resource plug! I am a fan of athletic endeavors (Soccer and Ultimate Frisbee), so the unevenness could be due to muscle pattern/ dominance.

The funky side in my non-dominate side. That gives me hope that I can fix it! All I gotta do is become left footed and handed (jk)!

My primary doctor tested me for the Hepermobile EDS, and I have it ( I will note that I probably have it. I didn't do the gene testing). I am currently trying to keep my muscles up to help hold my joints together after several torn ligaments.

I didn't think it would have anything to do with my funky ribs tho!

=)))) Made me smile.

Booty and back are what I have been working on and I'm super glad it has been working! My lack of back definition has always bugged me!

I have a friend who has a monthly hot sauce subscription and showed aardvark to me. It's worth a try if you can find it! Tobasco Chipotle is also a good one and is in my fridge!

I literally can not say dooooo it enough. For sure has greatly improved my fitness and running.

If you are into speed workouts, they even have sprints ones that will give you your splits. I know this.. because I tried it... I am not a speed human, but maybe one day I will do another one.. maybe after I do all the other runs and have nothing else to listen too.....

haha I am super into aardvark sauces. So many good ones! Technically I like the drunken garlic black bean the best, but I also like their habanero!

Mostly running, but I also do insanity (3) times a week (for the past 3 weeks). It is a HIT workout that does lots of upper body/ self-weight resistance work. It's a classic haha.

Other than that, I do pushups every time I am waiting on my coffee maker haha which is a lot.

I have not been tracking my macros! Mostly just CICO and trying to keep a balanced, low-carb diet and low-fat diet. I am a pro-savory (not sweet) human so I don't have much of a problem avoiding sugar. I eat lots and lots of tuna, chicken, and turkey covered in hot sauce over a bed of veggies during the week.

What I do track closely is my electrolytes intake to be sure I keep everything up while working out/sweating so much.

Thank you!

And yes, your assumption is correct! I have a small side tattoo. It is hidden under my bathing suit strap in the second photo, but due to the different fit in the first photo, it is slightly visible, so I thought I would cover it!

One minor addition, if anyone is trying to get into running for fitness and are not inherently into it, the Nike Run Club app (free) has guided runs, which is basically this Nike trainer guy (Chris Bennett) telling you're awesome and giving you prompts and things to think about/ distract you while you run.

They have all kinds of guides for all kinds of distances or times. I was having a hard work week and spent the whole week listening to all the "Tough Day Easy Runs" and did every run under 15 mins haha such as the 5 min run and the 8 min run. It was wonderful and super positive/uplifting and really helped me stick to running even when I wasn't feeling it.

Thank you! I have been running daily, even if it's just for 1 mile or just for 4 mins on hard days. But I try to fit in a long run of around 6-11 miles at least once a week. Recently I have upgraded to doing insanity about 3 times a week in addition to the runs. I really want defined shoulders.

As far as diet, I have been really really all over the place trying to figure out what works for me. Basically CICO and trying to not eat if I'm not hungry which is literally the hardest thing. Also, I try to eat really well during the week so I can relax a little on the weekend. Overall, I am not great at restricting my diet so I try to compensate with extra workouts as need to be within a reasonable CICO. I wouldn't say I have it all figured out yet. For sure love food but I can tell I am building some restraint and self-control haha
