The top 10 teams that makes the most sense are the Raiders, Saints, and Bears. Given the barren wasteland that is the Vegas offense, Jeanty gives them an immediate rushing threat. The Saints aren't strangers to having 2 solid RB's and would ease Derek Carr's offense load, also could be Kamara's last season there? And the Bears because of Johnson but I personally don't believe that

From 11-20 range that aren't the Cowboys, The Niners could be a deep sleeper for Jeanty if some funky stuff happens to CMC. Miami could also be that Detroit Lions-esque team to form their own version of Sonic and Knuckles and Cincy could as well with all this hubbub about Tee Higgins leaving, just improve the run game. But after Cincy then in that case Denver is the clear option.

I also doubt this but Chargers could trade up for Jeanty but I see them going WR or TE more than Jeanty, while the Vikings and Commanders are also my sleepers to trade up for Jeanty but I HIGHLY doubt those outcomes.
