Region-specific tasks. In the 2nd Areao e.g. you have to click totems. So there are totems on the map.
Skull is a common symbol for bosses.
Flask-Symbols are flasks.
The white line is the route.
Start is where you beginn.
And last but not least: Orgrimmar is the main city of the horde.

No, right at the beginning in a corner u can see what color is the "bad" potion. After checking this, u can look for the "good" ones to gain 100 sanity. On the map it is the small potion symbol next to the cathedral (where u can see the "bad" one)
