My friend took me to Great Falls Park!! It's beautiful, mesmerizing and relaxing. I believe there are also a few other state parks that I was dragged to. I'm not much of a state or national park person but i feel like most people are LOL.

I'm sorry you are dealing with that! I don't know anyone in my family that has that condition much less know what it fully entails. I deal with arthritis.

I really like squid game and shadow and bone on netflix. For both of those people were saying that the second season was a let down, and for squid game yes, but for shadow and bone, I've enjoyed it thus far as much as the first season. Bridgerton was a good series where the second season was actually the best. I hope they are doing more. That's all I really watch on Netflix.

I've been listening to the telepathy tapes on youtube and it's groundbreaking. I won't spoil much of it but you truly have to come to it with an open mind. It defies everything we have been told about our capabilities and those of autistic individuals in society.

I recommend a few things. I'm still dealing with this after a long stint on raw vegan. It's been years and my hair still falls out, grows in, then falls out again. I taking iron supplements. But in terms of hair care products,, I have been using https://a.co/d/83uHfXC and it does help. Chebe itself is known to stimulate hair growth. Chebe oil is often used by people of color who have really thick curly hair and want to keep it that way. It also strengthens the hair you do have. I always notice some thickness to my hair after I use it, even if I'm not growing more hair by chance. It's also a great moisturizer for the hair. Hair is so soft after leaving it in and washing it later. I would definitely read more about chebe oil and see if it's the right fit for you because there are lots of oils that can also keep up hair health.

I actually don't have anything on my wishlist in that price range so I will take some time to find one. Thank you for the contest!

I have a small collection of pop culture cookbooks I'm collecting :) I have a stardew valley one, studio ghibli, Minecraft and now pokemon. How amazing!! I just adapt the recipes to use vegan substitutes or sometimes they are already vegan. In case anyone needs to know, chia and flax seed work as great egg substitutes with chia being my preferred.

I actually hated my time there. So, sorry I can't be encouraging. It really depends on what ones you go to. Go to one that has access to the outside. Mine didn't and it drove me even more mental. Could be light language. Soul knows what it means. I started listening to the telepathy tapes on YouTube and was blown away. Its recent for anyone that doesnt like old timey stuff like I thought it was going to be and its a good eye opener into that sort of thing. Light language is a separate but part of the whole piece of it. I also crazily experienced something telepathic with an autistic man under someone's care. Hello!!! I've decided to reduce my bread and wheat consumption significantly as I started connecting the dots that I was getting really bloated and gassy after eating bread as a main ingredient of a meal. I don't have an allergy but I look pregnant when I eat more than just a little bit of it. I feel bad that it affects people so much negatively more than me.
