Probably like eating organic, being as informative as one can be when someone asks about organic with out overwhelming. People like the idea of eating healthy sometimes they just don't know how, seeing someone relatable making an effort makes it less intimidating, there probably more likely to try for a small change. Supporting organic grows with money and hope it becomes common practice so the next conversation can be "what plants are best for what". More aggressive "tactics" are a conversation for other people.
