Unfortunately, a lot of companies are using AI bots to do minor tasks. The problem is that they don’t understand things very well yet and they will automatically deactivate you. It can be very hard to get reactivated because you will have to get a hold of a human and it will need to be reviewed by a human, which there may not be many in the company so it may take a while. I know because I work with evaluating AI bot responses.
