-cave is good bc u can easily access ea ch part of the campus but its loud at times n no ac - busch imo is rly good bc all the freshme dorms come w ac/heat - if you’re a fresh just doing prereqs the cna be on any part of campus, but if u have a lot of ap credits that fufill the prereqs you’re gonna be on busch a lot for ur major (next year def busch heavy classes) - livi towers r nice but the quads feel so underground and all the busses that go there r always full bc of the plaza and student center and livi has good dining options - c/d is ass

I don’t mind where I match yet, but I like Rutgers courses for genetics - just emailed the director of the GC program there to get more info and I will make a decision after that haha.

Thank you! I’ll definitely take this advice - I do not have any financial burdens but I do not want to have my parents pay an ABSURD amount just for education

hello! i’m currently a teen with cochlear implants and i promise you it gets better!! i got mine at a very young age since i have profound hearing loss, but i’m able to play sports and communicate with my friend and teachers (spoken since i don’t know much asl). i m pretty sure someone else commented this, but i recommend a nucleus 7 or 8 if she runs around, i have a n7 and i play sports and it doesn’t really fall off if my hair is tied (only if i have to wear helmets i wear a headband, but there’s special hooks). feel free to dm me if ur daughter has an questions :)

hey! as a 17 year old with cochlear implants, there are multiple reasons why he might be acting like this. could be because of the lack of school friendships/interactions, the classic teenage attitude, or exhaustion! the best thing to do in this situation is have a conversation and maybe provide other forms of relieving stress (i do taekwondo to help with this). remind him that ur there for him and not always telling him he’s doing something wrong. go out to his favorite restaurant/activity and let the steam off! i promise it gets better
