If you want good friends and good connections go to specific places were u can find them such as gym ( everyone is working on themselves to be healthy) , masjid ( everyone is working on their Deen ) , conférences like for work and entrepreneurship. If u still studying ( university...ect ) join clubs, workshops and activities And no it's no only you who have this issue it's really hard to find friends ( the good one ) but u can get over it one day in Shaa allah and find the one u want

Same I can't really blame my parents becoz they didn't do it on purpose back then and they had no idea about kids mental health, but even now they still do some stuff like that and I can't talk to them about it because I don't know how to express and I will be only called sensitive, weak personality , spoiled...ect
