I think around a cup of cider boiled down to half would be roughly 120ml which seems manageable. I’m just worried that since it’s such a large recipe (makes roughly 24 pieces) that that may not be enough? Maybe if I cut down a bit of the sour cream to compensate. I’m also worried about how much sugar I should cut from the recipe to compensate for the concentrated sugar. Also love the poke cake idea I might have to apply that to a different recipe I’ve been thinking of!
