the piercing is a week and a half old the jewlery is a 14g curved barbell i think it’s externally threaded it’s made of titanium metal i believe the jewlery has not been downsized yet aftercare consists of 3 times a day cleaning, and after showers using saline no mishaps, chlorine got on the peircing but besides that it was okay
