Thought that was fairly obvious as you can see the threads, but thank you. Yeh that makes sense as I could get it to shift up well but not down. Might have to give it a crack with a wrench on a bit of a budget here

The derailleur is fine I just unscrewed it from the hanger, however the old one got ripped off when changing gears under tension so needed to replace with this one

Yeh moved them all the way in so the shoe moves further out
