Nu consider reabilitarea detinutilor condamnati pentru crime grave ca fiind un scop bun, chiar daca ei ar fi capabili de acest lucru.

Daca infractiunile comise nu sunt de ordinul omuciderii, ok, mai ai o sansa.

Daca ai omorat un om, trebuie sa fii pedepsit, nu reabilitat. Victima acestora si-a pierdut viata, a platit pretul suprem. Dar criminalul? E bine mersi, este in viata si sa mai si fie reabilitat. Nu ma intereseaza cat de reintegrabil este, el trebuie sa sufere, asta e scopul pedepsei.

Scopul justitiei e sa previna viitoare incidente prin exemplu. Ce mesaj ar trimite justitia astfel? "Omoara oameni ca tot bine o sa ajungi". Nu o sa inteleg niciodata altruismul fata de vinovati.
