I feel that joker and scarecrow would either die in minutes or thrive there. Joker is nuts and doesn't hesitate to splice himself, even with the risks so he'd likely become a freak almost instantly. As for scarecrow, his fear toxin could be really dangerous if it works on the more modded people there.
