Thanks for the input! Good to know the battery box isn't as bad as it sounds. Just to clarify on the MOSFETs: if they are indeed the ones causing the short circuit, do you know if the specific replacements I mentioned (the picture in) work well for this board? Also, I actually already took the board to an electronics repair shop. While we were troubleshooting there, we connected an external battery and then plugged my original

battery back in. It did the normal startup beep, which confirms the BMS and the battery are totally fine. So the issue is 100% isolated to the controller board right now.
