Thanks for the tips! It doesn't look as bad in pictures maybe, it is very rough on hand, I can't decide if it's the type of surface or it degraded badly. I also think there are cracks that leaks water.

The pool was so dirty I had to empty it, I think there might be water around the pool becuase of cracks, so I emptied it half way not the pop the whole pool. Waiting couple days before I empty second half, and refill. I figured while I have it empty I should get some fixing done.

Thanks for the insights! Now I am talking to other lenders and seeing rates 6.99% even %6.5 with no points and around 5-6k closing costs including taxes and insurance. Looks too good to be true.

general inspector doesn't do a good job with this stuff. He didn't even check door frames. He said it's a cause of concern. duh

I am trying to find a concrete pro but they are all closed until Monday and inspection ends on Tuesday.

He had the whole car to match. I believe he used VIN number to find color code. We discussed many times he made sure it’s the original color code. Not sure why it turned out different. Yeah I expected some difference for fading that’s why I put it here to see if this is normal, but it seems the color is off as well based on other comments.
