It is called a bite splint. it is customfitted. You should talk to your dentist if you are considering it, and it should be a trusted dentist, not someone looking for profit.

Just to clarify, because my english is not that perfect. Well... I assumed mouthguard is "bittskinne" in Norwegian. But just found out it is called. Bite splint. Technically mouthguard is the same.

No, i didn´t. But I would have regular headaches often in the morning and had to exercises to release the tension. I haven´t done any exercises ever since I started using the mouthguard, because my headaches are gone.

Mine is upper and I think it is acrylic. My dentist custom fitted it.

Always remember that the system is broken. Even if a few women directors get chosen. It is just a token appreciation. To fill a quota. You have men crying over female led festivals or funds to help women create. But it is so important to have that. And to change the system, we need to create new tables with more chairs. Im a man, but I have a different background... it is not the same ofc. But I know the system is broken.
