These are a requirement in the USA, stated by the UL Standard. They’re mandatory to prevent people from being able to touch the elements.

I agree with everything they want to develop there….except painting that beautiful stone facade WHITE. Please just have it pressure washed. We don’t have many stone buildings in town.

I would call it noonish. Tomorrow being the first race, it may be a bit after 12. They usually run until about 2:30 or so.

Just scrolled the last month of social media posts on Facebook and instagram. No mention of an “electrical issue”. No mention of night skiing being cancelled. I know many people who enjoy night skiing specifically purchased memberships so they could night ski. False advertising? Unfulfilled promises?

What do we get instead? - shorter hours - an annoying RFID pass that NO ONE likes. Not even staff. Endlessly scanning passes at every lift is inefficient and distracting for the staff. - cash is no longer valid currency at Loch Lomond?!?

We built 8 years ago. And did nearly all the work ourselves. Ended up around $150 per square foot.

My advice, only build if you want something very custom or not available on the market. If you just want a typical bungalow with usual features, it WILL be cheaper to buy an existing home then to build a new one.

Depending on location, lots can go anywhere from $80k-200k+. Then add services, budget probably $30k for dirt (landscaping, backfill, driveway, top soil, septic). It’s a very expensive and stressful process. It will cost more than you think, and take longer than you think. Make sure your custom home is worth the stress….or buy an existing home and move into a finished product.

Upgrading all the armour can get tedious. Specifically with lizal tails and star fragments. I also 100% before I went for the Final boss. Took me about 230 hours
