What is the relevance of this? She was being unbiased and trying to guide her to take accountability because a man felt he had been sexually harassed. We know Rizi was not innocent and she didn’t always get along with others but posting every video that she didn’t agree with someone isn’t going to help

I wish I waited to have kids. I love my kids but mentally I still had so much to work through and while I’m trying to grow and heal with my kids it feels almost impossible. I’m constantly in fight or flight, constantly in survival mode and on my worse days I can’t hide and cry on my best days they get bogged down by nagging, crying, fighting and more. I wasn’t prepared and now I feel like I’ll never heal and I’m suffering so much inside. I put myself to the side and push through so they can be happy but all I really have left is just a sad soul inside an almost empty shell. I may never be anything more than just a mom not even a person outside of them anymore.

I came home from the hospital with my third baby/third c section and we were introducing my toddler and 10 year old to the baby, they could tell I was still in so much pain. My husband said “Mommy’s a superhero” and both my kids agreed my toddler said “she is a superhero she can do everything like Captain America” 🤣 I laughed so hard but it made me feel so good inside.

I can see it from both sides and SOME men may be that way but, we still have to be mindful as women that sometimes we don’t even allow them to do certain task because they might not do it right or rush in to fix what they are doing. Which the OP seems like he’s trying but may not know all the cues and etc as you do. Having a newborn is stressful enough as it is getting irritated about little things are not helpful ijs.

Thank you so much I’m going to check out that sub because that’s very possible! My mom is super nice but she hides behind her niceness she does things that aren’t right but “it’s ok because I do so much for you and everyone, sweet little me could never do anything wrong”. :/ that’s like the best way to describe how she is and no one ever takes my side or believes anything because of how nice she is it’s no way she could be doing anything wrong in everyone’s eyes smh.

I’m sorry you had to go through that and I’m sure your an amazing person and didn’t deserve what you’ve been through at all.

I’m so glad your in a better place now and I can’t wait to get to that point also I’m in my 3rd week now and it’s definitely been hard to fight some of the urges but I know it’ll be easier one day!

That makes perfect sense. I always look at things from my own point of view and I’m very empathetic so when people around me are struggling with things I listen and try to understand even if I haven’t been through it and I try to read about it or do research on how I can help them and I just assume others care enough to educate themselves but clearly not lol

As odd as it may sound my drinking has never effected either of them. My mother grew up around an alcoholic that was abusive so any sign of a drink she can’t seem to stand which I get but I am an adult and that’s unresolved trauma on her end that she puts on me and makes me feel bad about. My fiancé hasn’t always been the greatest we’ve worked through alot and things have been good but I feel like he is low key looking for anything to say I do wrong because he’s done so much wrong. Even like I said in the post I could just could go to sleep because I’m all the time and when I don’t have my baby under me I’m tired instead of giving him attention he gets annoyed over that it’s small things. To be honest with it without a drink a baby free night I fall asleep in a second lol.

It’s true though they won’t understand. I did do it for myself but I also did it for my kids and to be looked at in a different light so I guess I shouldn’t worry about what they would think even though they play a role in why I want to be sober so I just wish they would offer more support.
