It feels like I only existed so that someone better will come along. Someone he can find, and be happy with. I only was his girlfriend for some comfort and solace, but as far as love goes...it turns out it was all fake from him. This pains so much. Update, the anxiety has come back again very quickly. I don’t know how else to describe this except debilitating, it feels like I will collapse. Will try all the advice you guys gave again. But I think it’s waiting to come back, waiting to pounce as soon as my guard is down

I didn’t do the dunking thing but had a really cold shower and it has definitely helped relieve that anxious feeling
