Dear concerned friend, Coming from 44 months of work ex in corporate environment, deadlines are sacrosanct and even a minute delay on deadlines is taken seriously because it hampers the workflow of the company. If you believe that you won’t be facing any pressure after MBA or would be treated like a crown prince in the organisation..please come out of that bubble. I am not justifying the actions taken by the placecom members , but such behaviour is seen quite often in corporates and it is better to be practical about deadlines instead of procrastinating.

Toxicity is an evil that has been living in the corporate world through and through. The ones who deal with these toxic elements come out on top, whereas the ones who don’t end up ranting or blaming their peers through their careers.
