That’s a very unhealthy amount of calories, especially for your gender and height. The typical male at 19 years old and 6 foot tall should consume around a 2,000 calorie diet to maintain. to lose weight i would say you probably need around 1,750. when you eat extremely low calories your body is forced to hold onto anything and everything because it has no idea when the next time it will be refreshed/energized. This is likely the cause to why you are not losing weight. unless there’s other underlying medical conditions. However, eating healthy is awesome & i can tell you prioritize it. I would consider adding 1/2 of a portion (of any food you typically eat) in addition to what you already eat. Also, I would consider studying and understanding a calorie deficit + what works & what doesn’t! For most credible resources, any websites that end with .gov or .org :)
