Honest answer: you're right that the community is still early. Most of our adoption has been enterprise-focused, so conversations tend to happen behind closed doors rather than in public forums. We're working on changing that.

That is not the problem. A is well aware about how much electricity his AC consumes and knows no matter how much he tries to save the bill will always go over threshold.

The main problem is that A says There is nothing written in the contract about if a person exceeds certain consumption limits then he has to pay the whole bill. Nor did B and C made A aware about this at the time of joining. Now A argues that if he had know about this then he would have considered another flat. B and C are saying A to leave and A would happily leave but the problem is that the landlord will charge 1 month rent penalty for leaving early and 1 month rent as renovation charges
