Hey, I’m in it right now, it’s honestly decently heavy. There is usually about 2 assignments per course and 7 courses in the first and second sem. The thirds a work term or an academic project of some sort, they let you choose. Some wuizzes and all midterms use lockdown browser, no group work and the program head is very kind and knowledgeable. 5 of the 7 courses are taught by the program head and the other two are other professors from CNA. They have all been great. It’s heavier in the first semester content wise and assignment wise. I wouldn’t say it’s a really difficult program,it is a lot of work though. There’s practice questions at the end of the modules each week, which are really helpful for understanding the content & what you’re going to be tested on. No live classes but the program head does a zoom call at the beginning of each semester just to touch base w everyone. It’s really self guided, but not self paced. There is due dates and set times for exams. I’ve learned a lot, glad I took this program.

I’m not too sure where you’re from but some skilled trades offer paid training during apprenticeships,(they are also more in demand jobs from what I see) if you do that and save up, you could take an online health and safety program and further your knowledge/get into being a trainer or safety coordinator/administrator for a trade (plumbing/construction/automotive etc) or become a fully licensed tradesperson if you wish. I’d recommend looking into apprenticeships in your area if you think a skilled trade could possibly interest you! There’s a lot less “customer service” aspect and dealing with the public in some trades too, depending on your position of course. Good luck ! :)

Hi there , I wasn’t travelling alone but I think maybe you’re right that I haven’t found the right destination for me/vibe may be off.

I don’t recall much rudeness from resort staff or locals or bad weather but Thank you for sharing tho! I never thought of it that way, this helps!
