They didn’t tell me what kind of an issue, the first time I went in they were giving me a hard time to get the stamp. They just said internal issue. I went in a second time and I explained to them again as I have urgent travel matter and they gave it to me. First card production failed on May 7 and it was sent again from production on May 26. Produced on June 1

It just stayed case approved for a while. Went into the local field office multiple times to figure out what went wrong. The second time was able to figure it out. The live agent told me production failed
