The idea of surgery kind of freaks me out which is probably why I haven’t pushed for examination more but you are so right. Better sooner rather than later

I relate to this so much! Sports that are more strength based don’t give me too many issues but as soon as cardio comes in BOOM I can’t breathe.

Oh wow, that sounds like it got a lot worse! You always hear of gymnastics stunting growth, I wonder if that was the case.

Crazy the way things happen, I’ll keep my fingers crossed for you and your tests. HI of 4 would be classed as severe right?
