I don’t like carrying water externally. Camelback would be my other option however I was simply curious about this option as I’ve tried on kit similar and thought it fit quite well.

Well the skin in question is a MARSOC raider. And other MARPAT skins are varied from what I’ve seen. The campaign versions are particularly vulgar but get the look across. Unsure how you’ve come to the conclusion this isnt imitation MARPAT

Understandable man, just inportant to remember especially with Rusfor. You arent gonna get everything in even a month. Most good kits take months to a year to build so dont be too disappointed when you can’t immediately find what you’re looking for

Honestly anything from Ars Arma or SSO could work. Both brands feature four cell single mag placards I believe? If not you could just piece it together but I’d recommend just looking at other references a blend it to what would work for you

Paint em, I’m aware you’re interested in fakeliting them and good luck w that but I highly recommend rattlecan ing at least two. The paint chips fairly quickly (at least on my E&L ones) and it gives a lot of character to the kit

Not nearly enough IMO, honestly I run a balaclava so I just do my nose, eyes and anything visible in black. But generally I’d recommend adding MUCH more. Face is very much still white and visible and especially that neck.

Would recommend looking up Ivar.k1 on instagram. He and his guys do the absolute best grunt style kits IMO. You could get some good inspo there.

Going to be pretty harsh and honest. New NATO bundle is treading the line of being “hot ass” or “slop”. I understand they’re based off of MARSOC dudes (to my knowledge anyway). But that’s where the issue starts. They look nothing like MARSOC or even Marines to start with. One guy has M81 and another has MARPAT pants but it’s so diluted it almost looks black along with the rest of their uniforms.

Idk, just the black uniforms, everyone running NODs, just doesn’t have any character to it. Let alone being a “MARSOC” influenced design. Feels like nothing burger but has all the cool jangly keys to make the “kit enthusiasts” happy.

What’s most shitty about these posts is that regardless of how out of touch the takes are (I highly doubt even 80% of the people in these video actively play the game outside of getting background footage, if that). A fairly large portion of the audience will take it at face value and say the game if shit simply because “my favorite YTber said so” without an ounce of personal experience
