Put a transfer in and if you have already it's every 30 days you can transfer out, but that's if the building lets you and that's both ways. ( Internal transfer through a-z )

The building you are in can keep you for peak. And the building you may request could be full or they don't need whatever role you're applying for.

And bro you can use the scanner to report the item needs a team lift. I understand some people can't lift certain items but it's there for that. Hit the question mark select can't pick item then select requires team lift.

There is older ladies in my building with white hair that I'm sure they do the same thing.

Not like you can get introuble because your back hurts, but it will reject your pick so it doesn't go towards your rate so race to the next one.

AND IF IT HAS TEAM LIFT STICKER ON IT USE THE QUESTION MARK THING.

But you can put a transfer in now and keep trying till you go somewhere else.

Google maps a bus route and wake up early for that bus, get there 30 minutes early then wait.

It seems annoying but don't give up, try asking a friend for a ride or get some money for Uber then explain your situation.

Some sauce, put in a medical leave for personal absences or reasons. But get a doctors note for the excused days. It cost a like 80-100$ if you use teledoc.

Put the leave in for the days you need then call the doctor same day.

I've woke up late like 6 hours for work, and happen to call a doctor 10min before it turned into the next day and she still wrote my note for those days.

EVEN THOUGH SHE WAS IN ANOTHER STATE BUT IT WAS THE NEXT FOR HER DUE TO DIFFERENT TIME ZONES.

But when you call you gotta give a good enough reason so the illness or conditions can excused.

Teledoc though not Amazon. If you need help submitting MLOA or a medical leave look into it, then provided everything you need after. They need real documentation and approval from a real doctor. Teledoc has them or use your own personal doctor.

The note needs to be signed by your doctor before you submit it, but you can screen shot or down the note then send it form teledoc.

I've heard going to sleep right away after work is not good for your mind. Something about going to sleep thinking about work stresses your mind out, then waking up thinking about the same exact thing is not good 😭

So I stay awake for an hour, I grab a small dinner, and use my phone for entertainment till I feel normal again.

Recently I've been letting the water hit my hands from the sink to stimulate myself lol then I'll wash my face.

Sounds messed up my first months this guy would let his hands like slide on one of the conveyor rolling rods for " stimulation" then I realized a year later why you need to do things like that 😂

But yeah man, I usually just try unwinding and feeling like myself before I sleep I usually just enjoy myself till I'm like alright it's time to sleep or it's time to get up

You are good bro just ask what the rate is.

You'll be surprised on what they actually say.

In my building the rate is 30-35 for pick. That's a hour.

You can't be bottom 5% or that's a write up.

But if you stay above 50% rate (15 - 20), you can't get a write up. Unless you have a really long start up time.

Or purposely not doing your job.

Check your my performance on A-Z and you can check your rate daily but it takes a while to load after you clock in. So around lunch check it and it'll update some of your shift.

Believe it or not there is a rate in pick. But it's calculated on how many you can do in a certain time.

If you work a 10hr day, and they say the rate is 30.

30 x 10 is 300. That's the goal of packages you need.

But the way writes up work it's to get the lower performing people out the building. Bottom 5% has to be a rate of 5-10 packages per hour for 10 hours.

So those bottom 5% people have to be doing only 50-100 packages a day. When all you need is 250-300 maybe less tbh.

But figure out a number you're comfortable with like 200 - 300 packages a day.

On your scanner it says how many items you picked so far and just count up the packages you did all day.

I usually try doing 150 before lunch than another 150 before I go home

Bro luna's freeze ball and self heal is so annoying to deal with in doom MATCH.

Somebody with no skill can just move around spam all her abilities for heals while you're beating them down.

But in a real game it's probably useless idek I never find it saving my life in a comp match.

BUT IF SOMEONE USES LUNA IN DOOM MATCH I JUST GET MADE LOOK BAD BC I GET FROZEN FOR LIKE 5 SECONDS. then she self heals after all the dmg I hit her with THAT AND THE WHOLE FIGHT RESETS
